My mate Louise and I have been known to do two bottles of prosecco (our booze of choice) in under two hours, while at the same time resolving the UK debt crisis, the immigration problem, unemployment and a solution to world peace ✌️ 🤣🤣🤣 Usually accompanied by posh crisps (Tyrrells roasted roots, there is nothing finer 🤣) followed by margarita pizza (why gild the lily?) and to finish, Biscoff cheesecake. 😂 Yup, simple pleasures.....Hubs is usually in the background monitoring the oven, chipping in and snaffling crisps. We run this once a month. We've had a longer break than usual due to both our holidays, but our little club of two convenes next Wednesday and I can't wait 🤣

YES! Always kills me when I see film actors sharing a bottle between four.

You know what 'posh' crisps I miss? Those Brannigan's Beef and Mustard. I'd pay top dollar for a bag of those sinus-sweepers!

Yes, I remember those!

Aldi does a limited edition flavour that is pretty similar in sinus clearing terms, think it was beef and horseradish?

Aldi crisps are pretty damn good tbf, and their Specially Selected prosecco and £15.99 champagne 🍾 are not to be sniffed at either, good as if not better than much more expensive stuff I've drunk. Their Haysmiths gin is made by Masons of Yorkshire (so I've been told by someone with trade connections) and is fabulous as well.

Apparently, 'Real Crisps' come close.

Yes, a massive fan of Aldi. That gin you mention is lovely. As are most of their red wines. Have they tried running countries? They'd do all right.

I can't drink red wine. It's just not a drink I get on with. I'm like a big kid, I want fizz and froth 🤣

I believe in 1939 to 1945 there was some mention of it, yes. Didn't end well 🤣

That rings a bell...

Watch 'Downfall' if you have not already. Incredible film!
