If they come for my Jack Daniels, things could get rough!

Mr. Gage, at least we don't live in totalitarian Canada. They have now made wrong speek and thoughts illegal.

True.

People have an unalienable right to foolishness, and a real gift for it which should not be squelched.

They tell us -- forcibly -- what we cannot put into our bodies; but they will not tell us what it really is that they -- again, forcibly -- require us to put into them (Covid vaccines, among others).

As an asthmatic non smoker, I totally agree with you....in a few short goose steps we'll be eating the feckin bugs, our lives devoid of every small, vaguely sinful pleasure. No more cigs....or chocolate...or delicious but bad for you red meat (so THEY say)....no more alcohol....just a glass of water and a few locusts. I too believe it is up to each person to decide what they do with their own body. Time and again the government has tried to induce the masses to eat better, drink less....and failed. Incidentally, what this latest move will do, will ensure that the already thriving black market in illegal cigs, explodes and becomes even more lucrative for the organised criminal gangs who run it.

Exactly. These people don't stop. Foolish to think otherwise.

Thank you, Gabi. You're too kind.

I have smoked American Spirits! Lovely little numbers. I'll walk across the border. Seems the best way!
